This can filling and seaming machine used for filling carbonated beverage in cans , like cola. This equipment can be used for different material of cans, such as plastic, iron, aluminum and so on, and the different size of cans is allowed.

We can design the equipment according to your requirements It adopts mechanism, electric and pneumatic control technique, having the characteristics of automatic can-feed, automatic aluminum top falling, and no can no filling and sealing. Production speed can be regulated and controlled according to real need. The automation electric and pneumatic parts adopt the world famous brands. The cola filling and seaming machine has such functions as automatic lift. automatic turnover, filling and sealing for heaps of empty cans .
Material of rotary tray and machine platform of rinser and filler: Stainless steel SUS304.
Empty cans will be sent to turning device first, which will be turned around then transferred into rinsing machine. Empty can will be running from top to bottom along the turning device. When empty cans enter into rinser, they will be cleaned by 80℃ hot water (provided by customer) to reach aseptic state of can.
